Porto plane heading for Manchester?

A report claims that a flight from Porto is due to land in Manchester this afternoon, amid speculation linking Nicolas Otamendi, Eliaquim Mangala and Fernando with the city's two clubs.

A private jet from Porto has reportedly set off for Manchester.

It is believed that the plane will land at Manchester Airport at 3.23pm this afternoon, amid reports that Manchester City are keen to sign Porto duo Eliaquim Mangala and Fernando.

It is not known if both players are present on the flight, which is expected to land at a private terminal, according to the Manchester Evening News.

Also, Manchester United have been linked with a move for Porto defender Nicolas Otamendi, although it has been claimed that the Portuguese club would not be prepared to sanction the sale of all three players.
