Barcelona defender Nelson Semedo is reportedly keen on a summer move to Manchester City.
The speculation surrounding the Portugal international's future has gathered pace in recent days.
A number of clubs, including Juventus and Inter Milan, have been credited with an interest in his services, but City are allegedly in pole position to complete a deal for the right-back during this summer's transfer window.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Semedo favours a move to City over any other club and will push for a switch to the Etihad Stadium ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
The report claims that the Portuguese's desire to play under Pep Guardiola means that he is prepared to agree a deal with the Citizens even if their two-year Champions League ban stays in place.
Semedo, who arrived at Camp Nou from Benfica in 2017, has made 29 appearances for Quique Setien's side during the 2019-20 campaign.
The 26-year-old's existing contract at Barca is due to expire in the summer of 2022.
