Manchester City monitor Barcelona's Cesc Fabregas ahead of potential move?

Manchester City are reportedly keeping tabs on Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas ahead of a potential summer move.

Manchester City are reportedly considering a summer move for Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas due to the uncertainty surrounding Yaya Toure.

The Spaniard has been linked to Manchester United and his former club Arsenal amid reports that he will hold talks with the hierarchy at Camp Nou this summer.

For City, Toure's future has been called into question after he and his agent revealed that the Ivorian feels unappreciated at the Etihad Stadium after the English champions failed to mark his 31st birthday.

According to Goal.com, City are keeping track of Fabregas with a potential move in mind as they continue to lose patience with Toure.

Reports have claimed that Barcelona are willing to listen to offers for Fabregas.
