Manchester City end interest in Porto duo

Manchester City are not expected to make any signings before the end of the transfer window after ending their talks with Porto duo Eliaquim Mangala and Fernando.

Manchester City have reportedly ended their interest in Porto duo Eliaquim Mangala and Fernando.

The Premier League leaders were understood to be offering the Portuguese club £35m for the pair.

However, Sky Sports News believes that a private jet was sent to being the duo to Manchester to continue talks was cancelled after the two sides failed to come to an agreement.

The club are now not expected to make any signings before the end of the transfer window.
