A FIFA agent working as a go-between for Carlos Tevez and AC Milan has said that no agreement has been reached between the two parties.
Giuseppe Riso is working closely with both Tevez's advisor Kia Joorabchian and Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani in an effort to make the proposed move go ahead.
However, Riso has warned that there are still a number of issues to be resolved before a deal for the want-away striker can be reached.
"At the moment there are no further developments," Riso told direttanews.it.
"There is no agreement with Manchester City. It is still in progress and there is a long way to go before it can be concluded.
"There is no news on the Argentinian player or the economic issue between the two clubs."
Carlos Tevez has scored 52 times in 84 appearances since joining City from rivals Manchester United in 2009, but has fallen out of favour with boss Roberto Mancini this season.
