Frank Lampard reportedly has no plans to turn his back on an agreement to join MLS franchise New York City FC in July.
The former England international has delayed his move to the US after extending his loan deal with Manchester City until the end of the season.
There have been suggestions that Lampard may remain with the Premier League champions beyond the summer, but the midfielder is said to have told City that he wants to move to MLS when his loan deal expires, according to the Daily Mail.
The 36-year-old signed for New York City last summer after leaving Chelsea as a free agent.
