Manchester City attacker Phil Foden has become just the third player to score 50 top-flight goals under the tutelage of Pep Guardiola.
Foden netted his 50th and 51st Premier League goals in Man City's dominant 4-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium on Thursday.
Kevin De Bruyne scored his first Premier League header to break the deadlock, before Foden sent his free kick past Jason Steele with the aid of a deflection.
The England international then swept the ball into the bottom corner to seal his brace and give Man City a three-goal lead at the break.
Julian Alvarez went on to add a fourth in the second period, but the headlines ultimately belonged to Foden and his memorable evening on the South coast.

Foden joined Messi, Haaland in elite group
As a result of his strikes against the Seagulls, Foden has joined Lionel Messi and Erling Haaland as the only three players to score 50 or more top-flight goals under Guardiola.
After being given his Premier League debut by Guardiola in December 2017, Foden has gone on to net 51 goals and provide 25 assists in 160 top-flight appearances.
The Englishman is currently enjoying an impressive 2023-24 campaign, having registered 24 goals and 10 assists in 48 competitive matches.
With 16 of those strikes taking place in the Premier League, the 23-year-old is now seventh in the scoring charts and four adrift of the league's joint-top scorers Cole Palmer and Haaland.

Man City's lengthy unbeaten run
Foden's brace helped Man City claim a fourth consecutive Premier League win and extend the club's unbeaten run to 30 matches in all competitions (W24, D6).
City have become just the third English top-flight team to go 30+ games without defeat after Manchester United and Nottingham Forest.
The Red Devils enjoyed a 34-match unbeaten run in 1993-94, before they went 33 games without a defeat in the 1998-99 season.
Forest currently hold the outright record after they managed to put together a 40-game unbeaten streak in 1978 under legendary manager Brian Clough.
