Manuel Pellegrini: 'Sergio Aguero isn't 100% fit'

Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini reveals that striker Sergio Aguero is currently not fit enough to play three games in a week.

Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has admitted that striker Sergio Aguero isn't fully fit.

Despite having already netted three times this season, Aguero was dropped to the bench for City's Champions League defeat at Bayern Munich, but Pellegrini has explained that the Argentine isn't ready to play three matches in a week.

The 61-year-old told reporters: "When he is 100% fit, Sergio always makes a difference. At this moment, he is not ready to play three games in one week."

Aguero is expected to be recalled for City's clash with league leaders Chelsea on Sunday afternoon.
