Paris Saint-Germain 'line up Adam Lallana as Edinson Cavani replacement'

Liverpool attacker Adam Lallana reportedly emerges as a transfer target for Paris Saint-Germain.

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in signing Liverpool attacker Adam Lallana.

The 31-year-old has made over 160 appearances for the Reds since arriving from Southampton but injuries have seen him struggle for regular action in recent seasons.

Indeed, the England international has made just 30 Premier League appearances over the last two campaigns, while he has only started one league match this term.

Lallana's current deal at Anfield will expire next summer, and according to The Mirror, PSG are lining up a move for the former Southampton captain as they prepare to replace Edinson Cavani.

The Uruguay international, who is PSG's all-time record goalscorer, has allegedly agreed a deal with Los Angeles Galaxy as a replacement for Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Lallana has managed one goal in eight appearances for Jurgen Klopp's side this season but is yet to play a minute of Champions League football during the 2019-20 campaign.
