Jurgen Klopp will reportedly be handed over £200m to perfect Liverpool's squad this summer in preparation for next season.
The Reds showed promising signs last campaign, beating Premier League winners Manchester City in their path to the Champions League final.
Klopp also led his side to another top-four finish boosted by the swoop of 32-goal forward Mohamed Salah last summer.
According to The Sun, Liverpool chairman John Henry will back Klopp with over £200m to iron out the squad and take the next step forward as a club.
Liverpool have been linked with moves for Nabil Fekir and Ousmane Dembele, while former RB Leipzig midfielder Naby Keita has already signed in a £62m deal.
