Goalkeeper Loris Karius has claimed that he could still play for Liverpool again in the future.
After making two high-profile mistakes in the 2018 Champions League final against Real Madrid, Karius was loaned out to Besiktas on a two-year deal.
Despite failing to put together a consistent run of form for the Turkish giants, Karius feels that he may still have the option of representing the Merseyside giants next season.
The German is quoted by the Daily Mail as saying: "Will I play for Liverpool again? Of course it's an option and a good option to still be there.
"Maybe I'll play for them again, you never know. It's still far ahead. If it's not Liverpool, it will be another decent team, so I'm not worried about any scenario."
Karius will have one year left on his contract when he returns to Anfield in the summer.
