Manager Jurgen Klopp has criticised the way in which his Liverpool side failed to keep their formation against Napoli in the Champions League.
Liverpool went into the match having began their European campaign with a thrilling victory over Paris Saint-Germain, but the Merseyside giants rarely threatened as they succumbed to a late 1-0 defeat in Naples.
The Premier League outfit have now failed to win any of their last three games, and Klopp has admitted that he had been left unhappy with his team's performance against the Serie A club.
The German told BT Sport: "We had our moments, but too often the formation was not right or we moved in the wrong spaces. The job of the midfield three was nearly impossible. You have to stay calm in a situation like that, but we were too hectic with the ball.
"We had good moments, but not enough. A 0-0 away from home is OK, but we made a mistake before their goal. That's the second time this season that we have conceded a goal like that."
Liverpool now sit in second place in Group C, a point adrift of Napoli.
