Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp cuts short a press conference after growing frustrated with the questions ahead of Tuesday's Champions League clash in Russia.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp decided to end his press conference early after the line of questioning left him baffled.

The German coach addressed the media at the Sheraton Hotel close to Shermetyevo Airport ahead of Tuesday night's Champions League Group E match against Spartak Moscow.

During the questioning, Klopp grew increasingly frustrated when the official interpreter started translating his comments before the Reds boss had finished talking.

The former Borussia Dortmund coach decided to cut short his pre-match media duties after being asked if he was "in love" with any of his players, referring to Mauricio Pochettino's recent claims that he loves Harry Kane.

According to the Daily Mail, in response, Klopp said: "I'm really impressed that we are in a Champions League press conference and talk about things like this. I really don't understand the business anymore but yes I said I love the club, that includes the players."

The interpreter began translating the German's answer to Russian before he interrupted her by saying: "It's not important. The question and my answer were not important for Russia it was just an English thing. Pochettino loves Kane and who do I love, that's the question. A waste of time."

Liverpool head into this week's game following their opening Champions League clash against Sevilla, which ended in a 2-2 draw at Anfield.
