Leicester City ace Adrien Silva has reportedly agreed to take a pay cut in order to push through a move to Sporting Lisbon.
The Portuguese midfielder has endured a frustrating 16 months in the East Midlands and is supposedly desperate for a return to his homeland.
Silva was unable to play for Leicester in the first half of last season due to his transfer going through 14 seconds after the deadline, and the 29-year-old has struggled for appearances ever since.
According to A Bolain Portugal, Silva - restricted to just two outings in the Premier League this term - will accept a lower salary to bring his Leicester stint to an end and return to Sporting.
The 26-cap Portugal international spent a decade in the Lions' senior side after emerging through their famed academy in 2007.
