Claudio Ranieri refuses to comment on penalty calls in Leicester City, Arsenal draw

Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri refuses to comment about two penalty shouts during his side's goalless Premier League draw against Arsenal on Saturday.

Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has refused to comment on the referee's performance in his side's goalless Premier League draw against Arsenal.

There were two potential penalty shouts in the game at the King Power Stadium on Saturday, firstly when Danny Drinkwater was upended by Laurent Koscielny just before the break.

Then in the dying seconds, substitute Ahmed Musa was also bundled over by Hector Bellerin, but again referee Mark Clattenburg waved play on.

Ranieri told reporters: "I don't want to speak about the decisions. The penalty is when the referees whistle. The manager makes mistakes, the referees make mistakes, the players make mistakes.

"I think it was a good match. They kept a lot of possession but we created clear chances. They were dangerous, but no clear chances. I am very proud of my players because they fight so well."

Leicester are without a victory from their first two Premier League games this season.
