Leeds United will reportedly sign Illan Meslier on a permanent deal this summer if they manage to gain promotion to the Premier League for the 2020-21 campaign.
The 20-year-old joined the Whites on loan from Lorient last summer and has made three first-team appearances for Marcelo Bielsa's side during the current season.
As it stands, the Frenchman will return to his parent club at the end of June, but according to The Mirror, Leeds will sign him for £6m should they manage to win promotion to the top flight.
Meslier has played in his team's last two Championship matches against Hull City and Huddersfield Town, while he was also named between the sticks against Arsenal in the FA Cup back in January.
The Whites are currently top of the Championship table, one point clear of second-placed West Bromwich Albion, but there is no guarantee that the 2019-20 campaign will be allowed to finish.
Bielsa's side had won five straight league matches before play was halted due to the coronavirus outbreak.
