Allsvenskan debutants KFUM Oslo will be looking to pick up their first home win of the season when they play host to Odd at the KFUM Arena on Monday.
The Oddrane, on the other hand, head into the game on a run of four consecutive defeats across all competitions and have failed to win any of their last five league outings since beating Molde 2-1 on April 17.
Match preview
KFUM Oslo turned in an impressive team performance on Thursday when they fought back from behind to claim a 3-1 victory over Rosenborg at the Lerkendal Stadion.
A 12th-minute own goal from Momodou Lion Njie put the hosts in front but Robin Rasch, Petter Nosakhare Dahl and Johannes Nunez all found the back of the net to turn the game on its head.
Prior to that, Johannes Moesgaard's men saw their six-match unbeaten run across all competitions come to an end on May 12 when they suffered a heavy 4-1 loss against fellow newcomer Fredrikstad.
KFUM Oslo have enjoyed an impressive start to life in the big leagues, picking up three wins and three draws in their opening eight Allsvenskan games to sit fifth in the table, level on points with sixth-placed Viking.
While the Kaffa will be looking to pick up where they left off against Rosenborg, they have struggled to get going at home, where they are yet to taste victory this season, picking up two draws and losing two of their four matches so far.
Over in Skien, Odd were left empty handed yet again as they suffered a 4-0 hammering against Molde when the sides squared off at Skagerak Arena on Thursday.
In a game where Tony Miettinen received his marching orders, Magnus Wolff Eikrem netted a first-half brace to set the visitors on their way before Mathias Fjortoft Lovik and Aaron Olanare scored second-half goals to cap off a brilliant team display.
Kenneth Dokken's men have now lost each of their last four matches across all competitions, a run which has seen them crash out of the NM Cup following a 5-4 defeat against 1st Division side Sandnes on May 1.
Odd head into Monday's game having picked up just one point from their last five league matches and this poor run has been owing to their struggles in attack, where they have failed to find the back of the net in four of their last five outings.
The Oddrane have picked up just eight points from their opening nine matches to sit 12th in the Eliteserien standings but could move into seventh place with all three points on Monday.
Team News
Barring any late fitness issues, KFUM Oslo head into Monday with a clean bill of health and no suspension concerns, giving Moesgaard the luxury of a full house to select from once again.
With his eye-catching performance against Rosenborg, Nunez now has five-goal involvements in five league starts and we expect the 27-year-old to spearhead KFUM's attack once again.
At the opposite end of the pitch, we expect an unchanged back four of Akinsola Akinyemi, Momodou Njie, Haitam Aleesami and Helland Hoseth while Simen Hestnes, while Robin Rasch and David Hickson should retain their roles in midfield.
Odd will have to cope without 21-year-old defender Miettinen, who is set to serve a three-game suspension after picking up a straight red in the first half of Thursday's defeat against Molde.
In his absence, Jesper Svenungsen Skau should come into the fold, forming the back four with Espen Ruud, Mihajlo Ivancevic and Josef Baccay while skipper Andre Hansen should retain his role between the sticks.
KFUM Oslo possible starting lineup:
Odegaard; Akinyemi, Njie, Aleesami; Hoseth, Hestnes, Rasch, Hickson; Svindland, Nunez, Dahl
Odd possible starting lineup:
Hansen, Ruud, Ivancevic, Skau, Baccay; Jorgensen, Hussain, Svendsen; Ingebrigtsen, Njie, Bang-Kittilsen
We say: KFUM Oslo 2-0 Odd
KFUM Oslo have hit the ground running in the top flight and will be backing themselves against an out-of-sorts Odd side who have lost their last four matches. KFUM's home advantage gives them a slight upper hand here and we fancy them to come away with all three points.
