Carlos Tevez off to Disney World and not World Cup

Argentine striker Carlos Tevez admits that he will spend his summer at Disney World instead of the World Cup.

Carlos Tevez has admitted that he has given up hope of being included in the Argentina squad for this summer's World Cup.

Despite his positive form for Italian champions Juventus this season, the 30-year-old has not be called up for international duty since 2011.

Discussing the upcoming tournament in Brazil, Tevez has revealed that he has already planned a trip to Disney World with his family.

"I don't think I will watch my national team play at the World Cup. I've already bought tickets to go with my wife and my three children to Disney World," he told Cronica.

"They deserve that trip and I have very clear in my mind where my place is. I will nevertheless be Argentina's number one fan."

Tevez has been capped 64 times by his country, for whom he has scored 13 goals.
