Juventus have confirmed that defender Gleison Bremer has signed a new long-term contract with the club until the summer of 2028.
The Brazil international has been a fundamental cog in Massimiliano Allegri's defensive system since joining from Torino in 2022, scoring six goals and setting up one more in 60 matches.
Bremer has started each of Juve's 17 Serie A games in the 2023-24 campaign so far, helping the Old Lady amass an impressive 40 points, good enough for second place in the table behind Inter Milan.
Bremer's original contract with Juventus was not due to expire until 2027, but the Bianconeri were keen to reward the 26-year-old's performances with a salary rise, and the club have now announced that a new deal is in place.
The defender's new terms will run for an additional 12 months until the end of the 2027-28 season, and he expressed his joy in a short video message on Juve's social media channels, saying: "Hi Bianconeri fans, I'm delighted to have renewed until 2028. Alright? Forza Juve sempre."
Bremer becomes the fifth Juventus player to pen fresh terms in Turin since the start of the season, following in the footsteps of Nicolo Fagioli, Manuel Locatelli, Federico Gatti and Kenan Yildiz.
