Emanuele Giaccherini says that he has no plans to leave Juventus and wants to sign a new deal with the club.

Juventus midfielder Emanuele Giaccherini has expressed his desire to stay in Turin and is prepared to wait to be offered a new deal at the club, according to his representative.

The Italian, who is currently away at the Confederations Cup, has found it difficult to hold down a regular starting spot for the Serie A champions since joining the side two years ago.

However, the 28-year-old is keen to stay and fight for a permanent berth in the first team and is hoping to remain with the Italian outfit beyond his current terms.

"His future will definitely be at Juventus," his representative Furio Valcareggi told calciomercato.it. "There has never been even a half problem with Juventus and there is no reason for him to leave.

"We haven't discussed a renewal yet, but that is also because there is no urgency to seeing as he still has two years left on his contract.

"Boss Antonio Conte is satisfied with him and the boy is very happy with the Bianconeri. He has won two Scudetti in two seasons, collecting more than 20 appearances in the last campaign. We have to be happy with that."

Giaccherini joined Juve from Cesena in 2011.
