Adrian Ruocco: 'Carlos Tevez is not leaving Juventus for Boca Juniors'

Carlos Tevez's agent rubbishes rumours that the Argentine striker could leave Serie A and join Boca Juniors this summer.

Carlos Tevez's agent has rubbished rumours that the Argentine striker could leave Serie A and join Boca Juniors this summer.

The former Manchester United and Manchester City striker has made it clear that he intends to return to play in his home country before he retires but has stated that he will honour his contract with Juventus before that happens.

The Juve goalscorer has allegedly agreed to join the Primera Division club at the end of the season but the Argentine's agent Adrian Ruocco has dismissed the speculation.

"Enough! Now you're playing with the feelings of Boca and Juve," Ruocco said, according to Goal.com.

"The only certainty is that Tevez wants to respect his contract with Juventus. We must avoid putting further pressure on Tevez at a decisive moment of the season, both for him and for Juve. As everyone knows by now, Tevez will finish his career at Boca.

"There's no doubt about that. He's building a house in Argentina, he wants to invest in his country and he wants to be close to his friends and family. But he will return later and we still need to see when, because there is a contract with Juve to respect, a contract that at the moment expires in 2016."

The 31-year-old is currently leading the goalscoring charts in the Serie A, having scored 17 goals so far this campaign.
