Ipswich Town's James Alabi switches to Grimsby Town

Grimsby Town secure the loan services of Ipswich Town's young centre-forward James Alabi until early January.

Ipswich Town striker James Alabi has completed a loan move to Grimsby Town.

The 21-year-old has made one appearance for the Tractor Boys this season, during which he found the net against Doncaster Rovers.

However, he has now been loaned out to Blundell Park, where he will remain until January 3.

The former Stoke City frontman is expected to go straight into the Grimsby squad for Saturday's National League encounter against Kidderminster Harriers.
