Bournemouth loanee Ryan Fraser back at Ipswich Town after injury lay-off

Ipswich Town confirm that Bournemouth loanee Ryan Fraser has returned to the club after two-and-a-half months out with medial knee ligament damage.

Ipswich Town have announced that Bournemouth loanee Ryan Fraser is back at the club after two-and-a-half months out with medial ligament damage.

The 21-year-old was one of Ipswich's key players at the start of the season, scoring four goals in 11 appearances, but he has not played since late September due to the knee problem that he suffered on international duty with Scotland's Under-21s.

Ipswich said on their website this afternoon that Fraser had returned to Suffolk after undergoing treatment with parent club Bournemouth and was in contention to be named in the squad for tomorrow's lunchtime kickoff against MK Dons.

The Tractor Boys, who earlier today claimed a double in the Championship's monthly awards, go into the match ninth in the table, one point off the playoffs, after 19 games of the season.
