Jose Mourinho has reportedly decided that he would like to secure a return to former club Inter Milan.

Mourinho has been out of work since December after being removed from his position at Manchester United, but the Portuguese has already been linked with a return to the dugout.

According to Libero, the 56-year-old is eyeing a second period at Inter having previously won Serie A and the Champions League with the Italian giants.

Inter currently sit in third place in the top-flight standings, but there have been suggestions that boss Luciano Spalletti is struggling to get the best out of his first-team squad.

The club's hierarchy may make a change should they not qualify for next season's Champions League, and that may let in Mourinho to be handed the reins.
