Hull City boss Steve Bruce has conceded that he is likely to lose certain big-name players before the transfer window closes.
Ahmed Elmohamady and Tom Huddlestone in particular have been linked with moves away this summer.
Bruce remains hopeful of retaining his current group, but admits that more outgoing business is likely between now and the start of September.
"We have lost 14 players and brought in five or six but the transfer window is still three weeks away," he told reporters. "I've had enquiries from 15 clubs about players.
"It's no secret they have buy-out clauses. There's three weeks to go, I hope we can hold on to them but if I was a betting man I would be betting against it."
Hull have so far recruited three new players this summer - Sam Clucas, Moses Odubajo and Ryan Taylor.
