Curtis Davies offered new Hull City deal?

Hull City reportedly offer a new deal to centre-back Curtis Davies amid rumoured interest from Bournemouth.

Hull City are thought to have offered Curtis Davies a new deal to keep him at the KC Stadium until 2018.

The 30-year-old defender's current contract with the Championship title contenders expires at the end of the season, but manager Steve Bruce is keen to tie him down to fresh terms amid reported interest from Premier League side Bournemouth.

According to The Mirror, the Tigers will offer Davies a "significant" rise on his current wages of £25,000 a week if they earn promotion to the top flight this season.

Davies is said to be "weighing up" his options and is currently veering towards staying with Hull, who are currently second in the Championship.

The former Aston Villa centre-back joined Hull in 2013 on a reported £2.25m deal from Birmingham City.
