Steve Bruce to allow Matty Fryatt to leave Hully City on loan

Hull City manager Steve Bruce says that Matty Fryatt is allowed to leave the club during the emergency loan window.

Hull City manager Steve Bruce has admitted that he is open to letting Matty Fryatt leave the club during the emergency loan window.

The 27-year-old had been close to a switch to Nottingham Forest on a temporary basis on deadline day, but reports have claimed that Fryatt rejected the switch after he was not given assurances of a long-term offer.

"We've got six games in 11 weeks so if there's a chance for him to get out playing then I'm not going to stand in his way," the Hull Daily Mail quotes Bruce as saying.

Recent reports have claimed that Forest remain keen on signing the striker.
