Hull City's Sone Aluko out for eight to 10 weeks with torn Achilles

Hull City manager Steve Bruce confirms that striker Sone Aluko is out for between eight and 10 weeks with a torn Achilles.

Hull City striker Sone Aluko is facing a spell on the sidelines for up to 10 weeks with a torn Achilles.

Manager Steve Bruce confirmed the news in a press conference today, meaning that the Premier League outfit will be without one of their leading strikers until the New Year.

The blow comes just two months after the 24-year-old return to action from a lengthy stint away from the pitch with a similar injury.

The Tigers are currently 10th in the league table.
