Fulham boss Martin Jol hands recent signing Mahamadou Diarra his first start for the club as Swansea City visit Craven Cottage.

Martin Jol has handed recent signing Mahamadou Diarra his first Fulham start for the visit of Swansea City this afternoon.

Diarra replaces Danny Murphy in the heart of the Cottagers' midfield while Bryan Ruiz comes in for Damien Duff in the only other change.

Visiting Swansea make just one change as a virus rules captain Ashley Williams out with Garry Monk replacing him.

Williams's absence means that a remarkable run of playing every minute of the last 169 consecutive games comes to an end.

Fulham: Schwarzer; Kelly, Hangeland, Senderos, John Arne Riise; Ruiz, Dembele, Diarra, Dempsey; Johnson, Pogrebnyak

Swansea: Vorm; Rangel, Caulker, Monk, Taylor; Allen, Britton, Sigurdsson; Routledge, Graham, Sinclair
