Fulham manager Martin Jol confirms that striker Bryan Ruiz will be out for a further four weeks after suffering a setback in his recovery from a hamstring injury.

Fulham striker Bryan Ruiz will be unavailable for the Cottagers for a further four weeks after suffering an injury setback.

The Premier League club's manager Martin Jol has confirmed that the Costa Rica international has been dealt a blow in his recovery from a hamstring injury.

The 27-year-old was expected to return for Monday's clash against Newcastle United but the forward is likely to be out of action for another month.

It is believed that Ruiz initially suffered the hamstring problem while on international duty.
