The French Football Federation have confirmed that they have begun disciplinary proceedings against four players.
Samir Nasri, Hatem Ben Arfa, Jeremy Menez and Yann M'Vila are all under investigation for their conduct during France's run to the quarter-finals of Euro 2012 this summer.
While the investigation takes place, the quartet have had their Euro 2012 bonuses withheld.
It has been reported that each member of the French squad have been given €100,000 (£80,000) as a reward for reaching the final eight in Poland and Ukraine.
