Team News: Josip Ilicic leads Fiorentina attack against Sevilla

Josip Ilicic starts ahead of Mario Gomez, as Fiorentina take on Sevilla for a place in the Europa League final.

Josip Ilicic has been chosen to lead the line for Fiorentina in their must-win Europa League semi-final clash against holders Sevilla this evening.

The Slovenian is chosen ahead of Mario Gomez, after scoring a double during his side's 3-2 win over Empoli at the weekend.

There is also a start for Mohamed Salah, while Joaquin and Matias Fernandez both return as the Viola look to overturn a three-goal deficit from last week's first leg.

Sevilla, meanwhile, have brought Carlos Bacca back into their starting lineup, with Kevin Gameiro dropping to the bench, despite scoring in their 1-1 draw with Celta Vigo on Sunday evening.

Aleix Vidal, who scored twice against Fiorentina last week, keeps his place and will help support Bacca with Ever Banega and Vitolo.

Fiorentina: Neto, Alonso, Basanta, Rodriguez, Savic, Valero, Pizarro, Fernandez, Salah, Ilicic, Joaquin
Subs: Tatarusanu, Pasqual, Badelj, Aquilani, Lazzari, Bernardeschi, Gomez

Sevilla: Rico, Coke, Daniel Carrico, Kolodziejczak, Tremoulinas, Mbia, Krychowiak, Vidal, Banega, Vitolo, Bacca
Subs: Beto, Fernando Navarro, Figueiras, Reyes, Iborra, Suarez, Gameiro
