Isthmian League North Maldon and Tiptree made the first round for the first time and will face Leyton Orient.

The draw for the FA Cup first round threw up some interesting ties as League One and Two clubs join the fray.

Here, the PA news agency takes a look at some of the games which will spark interest next month.

Leyton Orient v Maldon and Tiptree

Isthmian League North Maldon and Tiptree made the first round for the first time with their 3-1 fourth qualifying round win at Royston Town, and their reward was a trip to League Two Leyton Orient. They currently sit in second place in their division with six wins in as many outings. Orient, back in the Football League after two seasons in exile, are within striking distance of the League Two play-off places with 19 points from their 14 matches to date.

Harrogate v Portsmouth

National League Harrogate booked a clash with the 2008 FA winners when they beat Halifax 2-1. The Yorkshiremen missed out on promotion via the play-offs last season and after a difficult start this time around, have rallied to climb to eighth place. Pompey, who lost their League One play-off semi-final to Sunderland last season, currently lie 18th in the table, although they have games in hand on most of their rivals.

Haringey or Yeovil v Hartlepool

Isthmian League Premier Division Haringey's fourth qualifying round tie against Yeovil will be re-played next week after the initial game was abandoned amid allegations of racial abuse from Yeovil supporters. Defender Coby Rowe claimed to have been targeted, while keeper Douglas Pajetat was allegedly spat at and had a bottle thrown at him, and two arrests have since been made. Police also intervened during Hartlepool's 2-0 National League defeat by Dover at Victoria Park last month after the visitors' Inih Effiong was targeted as he celebrated after scoring a penalty.
