New Everton manager Roberto Martinez has reportedly made Gary Medel one of his major transfer targets for the remainder of the summer window.
The 25-year-old is regarded as one of Sevilla's key players, but because of their financial problems, the Spanish outfit have been forced to consider offers for any of their squad members.
That has alerted Martinez, who would like to sign the Chilean in case he loses the services of Marouane Fellaini to either Manchester United or Arsenal, according to The People.
The report added that the Toffees would have to offer around £6m to tempt their Spanish counterparts into doing business.
