Blackburn Rovers sign Everton defender Shane Duffy

Defender Shane Duffy leaves Everton to sign a three-year contract with Blackburn Rovers.

Everton defender Shane Duffy has completed his switch to Blackburn Rovers.

Following a large amount of speculation regarding the 22-year-old's future, he has now arrived at Ewood Park for an undisclosed fee.

The Republic of Ireland international has also signed a three-year contract with the Championship club.

It is expected that he will make his debut for Rovers against Wigan Athletic after the international break.
