Bryan Oviedo hoping for Champions League finish

Injured Everton midfielder Bryan Oviedo hopes that the team can secure Champions League football for next season.

Bryan Oviedo has said that he hopes Everton can finish in the Champions League places in the Premier League this season.

The Costa Rican, who played in the competition with hisformer club FC Copenhagen, is currently sidelined with a broken leg.

The 24-year-old told the club's official website: "It's a very good chance that we can qualify for the Champions League.

"We need to be strong in the last games, to be focused, and we know it is not easy because we have very difficult games. But at the moment we have a very good team.

"The Champions League is a big tournament and everyone wants to be in there. I hope so too. To play with Everton and play in the Champions League, that is one of the dreams for every player."

Everton, who are currently a point behind fourth-placed Arsenal, host Manchester United tomorrow afternoon.
