Theo Walcott is ruled out of England's clash with Poland on Tuesday due to a chest injury.

Theo Walcott has been ruled out of England's World Cup qualification clash with Poland on Tuesday due to a chest injury.

The 23-year-old picked up the knock in a first-half clash with San Marino goalkeeper Aldo Simoncini during their World Cup qualifier at Wembley.

The Arsenal winger stayed in hospital on Friday night, although it is not yet clear how long he will be out of action for.

Walcott has made 29 appearances for his country.
