Elsewhere, Swansea City loanee Tammy Abraham comes back into the team at the expense of Reading's John Swift.

For Germany, meanwhile, Mahmoud Dahoud and Mitchell Weiser drop out from the team that lost 1-0 to Italy in their final group game.
