Jason Banton joins MK Dons on loan

Crystal Palace youngster Jason Banton has joined MK Dons on loan until January 5.

The 20-year-old winger arrived at Selhurst Park from Leicester City last summer before being sent out to Plymouth Argyle for a temporary spell.

"He is a very gifted footballer who is yet to reach his full potential but showed glimpses of what he can do while he was on loan with Plymouth last season," MK Dons boss Karl Robinson told the club's official website.

Banton started his professional career at Liverpool in 2011 but was sold to Leicester after one season having failed to make a first-team appearance at Anfield.
