Ballymena United's young striker Matthew Shevlin has reportedly joined Crystal Palace on a one-week trial.
The 16-year-old, who is still a student, has been a regular in the Irish Premiership side's attack this season.
His form has captured the attention of the scouting team at Selhurst Park, where he will now spend the next seven days in a bid to impress manager Alan Pardew, according to the Ballymena Times.
The report adds that both Celtic and Charlton Athletic have also monitored the centre-forward's progress in recent weeks.
Shevlin won three penalties during his side's 6-1 victory over Cliftonville at the weekend.
