Fraizer Campbell 'to fight for Crystal Palace future'

Fraizer Campbell reportedly wants to fight for his place at Crystal Palace after turning down a switch to Queens Park Rangers.

Fraizer Campbell has reportedly told new Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew that he wants to fight for his place in the first team after turning down a move to Queens Park Rangers.

The ex-Manchester United and Sunderland forward was linked with a move to Loftus Road and with Spanish side Granada after struggling to cement a regular place with the Eagles.

However, The Mirror reports that Campbell has rejected the chance to leave Selhurst Park before the end of the transfer window, despite scoring just three times this season.

Campbell has regularly found himself behind Dwight Gayle and, more recently, Arsenal loanee Yaya Sanogo in the Palace pecking order.
