Team News: Crystal Palace, Cardiff City make numerous changes

Crystal Palace and Cardiff City make wholesale changes to their starting lineups for tonight's Carling Cup semi-final at Selhurst Park.

Both Crystal Palace and Cardiff City have rung the changes for tonight's Carling Cup semi-final at Selhurst Park.

Palace boss Dougie Freedman has been able to name a strong side, despite a virus sweeping through his squad.

Wilfried Zaha will start on the wing, while Glenn Murray will lead the line as a lone striker.

For visiting Cardiff, Tom Heaton has kept his place in goal which means that David Marshall will have to settle for a spot on the bench.

Palace: Speroni; Ramage, McCarthy, Gardner, Parr; Zaha, Jedinak, Dikgacoi, Ambrose; Martin; Murray

Cardiff: Heaton; McNaughton, Hudson, Turner, Taylor; Whittingham; Cowie, Gunnarsson, Ralls; Mason; Miller
