Tony Pulis glad to get big games out of the way

Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis says that he is pleased that his side do not have to face any more away games against the Premier League's bigger teams before the end of the season.

Crystal Palace boss Tony Pulis has said that he is pleased that his side do not have to face any more away games against the Premier League's bigger teams before the end of the season.

The Eagles are a point above the relegation zone following their defeat to Arsenal on Sunday.

Pulis told talkSPORT: "I was disappointed because we have played better than that at the other top clubs.

"But we've played all the top teams away from home so we've got that out of our way.

"We've got a few to come to Selhurst Park but that has become a little bit of a fortress for us and that has to remain the same."

Palace host West Bromwich Albion in their next league match on Saturday.
