Wolfsburg have completed the signing of Belgian midfielder Kevin De Bruyne from Chelsea for an undisclosed fee.
The 22-year-old made just nine first-team appearances for the Blues, having joined from Genk for £6.7m in 2012.
De Bruyne's move to Wolfsburg will give him a second stint in Germany. He scored 10 goals in 33 Bundesliga games while on loan at Werder Bremen last season.
Chelsea confirmed De Bruyne's departure on their official Twitter feed.
