Chelsea have allegedly rejected a £25m offer from Tottenham Hotspur for forward Tammy Abraham.
Spurs were the only Premier League side to not make any first-team additions during the summer transfer window, but it has been claimed that the North London outfit made a surprise offer for a youngster who represents one of their fiercest rivals.
According to Goal.com, Spurs made an attempt to sign Abraham, who only finds himself as third-choice striker at Stamford Bridge behind Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud.
However, the report claims that Chelsea had no interest in parting ways with the England international, who has progressed through the Blues' academy.
Chelsea may still allow Abraham to go out on loan before the end of August, but it appears that the West Londoners eventually have plans to use the 20-year-old in the first team.
