Report: Real Madrid want Ramires

A report claims that Real Madrid want to sign Chelsea midfielder Ramires this summer.

Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti is reportedly interested in signing Brazilian midfielder Ramires from Chelsea this summer.

The 27-year-old, who is currently with his national team ahead of the World Cup, has been a key performer for Chelsea since moving from Benfica in 2010.

However, according to Marca, Ancelotti is confident of prising the athletic midfielder away from Stamford Bridge when the World Cup concludes next month.

Ramires started his professional career at Joinville, before moving to Cruzeiro in 2007.
