PSG sign Chelsea target Javier Pastore

Paris Saint-Germain have confirmed the signing of reported Chelsea target Javier Pastore.

The Argentinian has signed a deal that will keep him at Parc des Princes until 2016 as he leaves former club Palermo for a fee of €42m (£36m).

"Javier Pastore has signed for five seasons with PSG. He will wear number 27," a short statement from the club's directors revealed.

"The Argentine midfielder will be presented to the press on Monday afternoon at the Parc des Princes."

Pastore signed with Palmero from Argentinian side Hurucan in 2009 for a fee of just £5m.
