Paris Saint-Germain frontrunners to sign Ashley Cole?

A report suggests that Paris Saint-Germain are the frontrunners to sign Ashley Cole should he turn down the offer of a new contract at Chelsea.

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly the frontrunners to sign Ashley Cole should he turn down the offer of a new contract at Chelsea.

The French giants will swoop for the England left-back in either January or the end of the season if he chooses to leave Stamford Bridge, according to talkSPORT.

PSG boss Carlo Ancelotti, who worked with Cole during his Chelsea tenure, is thought to be keen for a reunion with the player.

Cole is said to have been disappointed that the Blues only offered him a one-year extension to his current deal, casting his future in doubt.

PSG are allegedly prepared to offer Cole a three-year contract.
