Jose Mourinho has said that Chelsea are in no rush to finalise the future of out-of-contract trio John Terry, Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole.
All three are due to come to the end of their current deals with the club this summer, although the team are keen for them to remain at Stamford Bridge.
Mourinho told Sky Sports News: "They are with the club on their future. Now it's time to wait a little bit. The summer is a long summer for us.
"For the players involved in the World Cup it's a different story, but for us, as a club, it's a long time to be calm and to sit and to discuss and to analyse options and the market and possibilities."
Chelsea were held to a goalless draw by Norwich City this afternoon in their final home game of the season.
