Manchester City are reportedly not interested in Bayern Munich defender David Alaba despite looking for a left-back replacement.
Alaba is out of contract in the summer and looks increasingly likely to leave Bayern Munich on a free transfer when his current deal expires.
Manchester City had been linked with the Austrian international as they look to find a long-term left back, yet the Manchester Evening News reports that Pep Guardiola is not interested in adding Alaba to his side.
The 28-year-old has many clubs wanting to gain his signature this summer, with Real Madrid believed to be in pole position, while English sides Chelsea and Liverpool are also interested.
Alaba has played 421 games for Bayern Munich's first team, being utilised in several different positions during his time at the Allianz Arena, moving to centre-back since the arrival of Alphonso Davies at left-back.
During his time at Bayern Munich, Alaba has won nine league titles, two Champions Leagues and six DFB-Pokals.
